[ She does! Because it's Shiro and he knows she would be appropriately upset if he were to leave her behind.

Luckily she doesn't take very long because all she needed was a sundress. (It's summer, after all.) Which is really not the best thing to choose to ride a hover bike with, but Allura is a princess. She's experienced in making dresses work in any situation. And she should be allowed to feel adorable. ]

Allura raises a brow as she approaches, coming to stop a few feet away. ]

[He swings his leg off the bike, stepping forward to offer up his arm. If they're going to do this, they're going to do this right.]

Well, you're giving me a reason to be excited. And I should be excited, shouldn't I?

[ Oh, she is so ready. Her smile turns into a right out grin as she release his arm touch the handles of the bike. ]

It's a little archaic but it can't be all that different just because it's Earth made, right?

[ Can you imagine the type of hover bikes they had on Altea?

She swings her leg over the side to take a seat, tucking the edges of her dress under her thighs. ]

I admit I've been wanting to play with this toy of yours for a while now.

[That's his baby!! No, not really, but it's the principle of the thing. He has to look mildly offended on the hoverbike's behalf.]

[He settles in behind her, sliding his arms around her to grip the handles.]

[ Look, Shiro--you may be from the future in a way, but the technology is still years in the past. She has to throw a little shade all in good fun.

She's ready to go, even though she knows Shiro's overview is probably the way to handle it. She pouts slightly but nods, since he can't see the former. ]

[Because he's revving the engine, sharply. Which means the hoverbike leaps forward with a vengeance.]

[ They jerk forward and Allura gives out a surprised yelp, but then she just starts laughing. ]

I thought you liked to live on the edge!

[It feels like ages since he heard that laugh. He even swerves ever so slightly as they shoot forward. Just for fun.]

[ At least now she is holding on. Goodness! ]
